A Gathering of Friends

It’s always special when time permits and friends can reconnect. More often than not, the busyness of today’s world makes that difficult. The tea room at “Over the Second Cup” lends an inviting venue for friendship. It’s twofold, as the offering of great food and English tea contribute to socializing and endearment.

Most of the delicious fare is made from the many gourmet items for sale at Basketique. Ideas for condiments, tea sandwiches, desserts, and other items served are found in a great resource, “The Tea Table” book. Many of our patrons purchase this beautifully illustrated book from us to give as a lovely gift–or to take home and use for themselves!
