Why To Use Distilled Water

Distilled water helps me to get down many pills daily

There are many choices of water, but which water is best for my needs? Over time, I have chosen to drink distilled water. Why you ask? I must take many capsules daily. Many means almost 50 pills daily. Obviously, that is a large number. I do not have much choice, but to get down each and every one of them without throwing them up.

I have osteoporosis and have had to swallow natural calcium pills every day

Because of some of the medications I have had to take, complications have arisen. I have to swallow more pills that treat these side-effects. By way of example, I have osteoporosis and have needed to take natural calcium bone pills daily. The cause was all of the Prednisone, because of pretty severe Crohns disease. Now, I must swallow two additional calcium osteoporosis pills to help with my osteoporosis. That’s why I have to take a great number of drugs daily. When taking my pills, I am often distracted by the chemicals that have been added to the water we get in our house.

I do not understand it, but my county gets water with a very high content of chlorine. The odor is very distinct to me. Quality reports come with the water bill that indicate the local water has a lot of chemical additives. I’m pretty shocked by this.

I mean, naturally, the water has chemicals, because the water flows out of nature. However, I worry a lot about the additives. The water authority services a large population, and they want to make certain that the water is will not make us sick. Read the water analyses that your water company gives you, since they can be very informative. I almost don’t want to know, but understanding these water additives is important.

With distilled water, I can get down all my drugs and supplements

Several years ago a friend came to visit me and we had a conversation about water quality. Because he travels for a living, and he told me that he always carries distilled water. Why distilled, I questioned? He commented that it is the water he can be sure of. Plus, you can get it in any grocery store.

I had never thought of that. I had only used distilled water for ironing. Since his visit, I’ve had even more intestinal problems. Because of these problems, I now have to take an increased number of pills. To deal with the nutritional side effects of Crohn’s Disease, I also must get down vitamins and supplements, including multivitamins and some extra vitamins along with a calcium pyruvate supplement because of dietary deficiencies.

Crohns Disease causes me to be very affected by odors that make me throw up. Therefore, I’ve decided to use only distilled water, because I must always take all my drugs, vitamins and supplements every day.
