Take Massive Action
The cliché “massive action = massive results” is so true when it comes to building a large mlm downline. There are so many different but effective ways to build a team for you business… ie… Online marketing, offline marketing, paid marketing, BUM marketing etc..(my free mlm advertising and direct response mlm advertising blog posts give more detail on these), but the key is to choose 1 that fits your skill set and personality and then take massive action in its implementation. Go above and beyond the norm if you want to get above and beyond normal results. Focus on one method until you master it then start incorporating other methods into the mix.

Automation
At the end of the day Network Marketing is a relationship business and your pay will be directly proportionate to the number of people whose lives that you have positively impacted. Adding automated tools into your business will help you reach and impact more people faster and also free up your time to build deeper relationships with your prospects.
MLM Downline Builder tip 6:
Duplication
“Give a man a fish and he will eat for a day… Teach him how to fish and he will eat for a lifetime”
Giving fish – Some of my best and quickest success in this industry has been in running marketing co-ops for my new recruits. In some cases I could get a new recruit in the business and into profit within 1 week using this method and then help their new recruits to the same. In this scenario your downline members would pool their money together to participate in proven marketing campaigns that you manage. This is powerful and if done correctly can have an explosive effect on the growth of your business.
Teaching to Fish – Eventually however, you would want to wean your new reps off of your co-op by teaching them how to market on their own. You would share with them how to implement the best strategies that are working for your co-op so that they can do them on their own. Also, for your reps that start to show leadership potential, you would train them additionally on how to run their own co-ops for their teams and new reps as well. Doing this will create great synergy, independence and tremendous growth in your team.
MLM Downline Builder tip 7:
Follow-up/ Follow through
“People won’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”
As I said before, this is a relationship business. All the automation, marketing, etc.. is not worth anything if you do not follow up with your prospects and new team mates. As a leader you should be calling new reps 3-4 levels deep and offering your assistance to help them get going fast.
Get lost in your Downline members Promotions. You should know specifically what the key players on your team needs to get to the next compensation level for your company and then be a driving force to help them achieve it.
