Have you had it with - Most people who get to decide your financial worth only see your wheel chair, your age, your disability, your gender and never seem to see your talents, your skills or your training that make you worth giving, a job/opportunity, a loan or a fair chance to compete? Because you are the best choice and you had earned it! Don’t you agree?
Doesn’t it always seem like when you find a business, a company or a friend who will offer you a job/opportunity that there is always something missing in the business relationship between what you are able to do and what they will let you do to make the business a more profitable business? What I am talking about is hard to put in words on paper. It is more of a feeling I felt as a child every time I heard an adult say, Kids should be seen and not heard! To me that meant that because I was a kid, at the time, it was not at all possible, that I could have a good idea, about anything, or at least any thing important!
That is why I think that people all over the world share the universal dream of having a job/opportunity were their opinion counts, were they judged on their accomplishments. Would you agree that a job/opportunity like that would be a dream job/opportunity if only they paid you what you are worth?
Please remember I am not talking about your worth as a person, your worth to your family and loved ones or your worth to god your country or yourself. I am only talking about the worth in dollars and cents of what your time is worth.
The only way I know to be paid what you are worth is to own your own business.
If you are great at running your business it stands to reason the business profits will be great and you will earn lots of money, the exact amount that you are worth.
If you are not so good at running your business then your profits will be down and you will not make as much money. But then again the money you make is exactly what you were worth at the time. There is great value to be learned when something you try does not work out. You know that idea does not work; you fill and try something else. All people make misstates, the winners in business are to who learn from there mistakes and keep trying and do not give up.
The problems with starting and running your own are many and financially very dangerous.
Over the first 5 years a very high percentage businesses fail and file bankruptcy.
Most of all the new businesses started will end up a failure of one sort or another. Not making profits, no profits unable to pay bill, not able to pay bills ends up in bankruptcy.
Most of the very successful people and businesses have failed many times and a few have even filed bankruptcy.
What turns any person on business into a large success is a proven business system. By starting with proven business system you will save yourself $10,000 to $10,000,000 in developing your own business system that work.
The problem of being paid exactly what you are worth has only one answer! That is to run your own business with a business system that has been proven to make profits.

I have been living just out side of Sacramento California USA since about 1981. I found it is safer not to live in the same city as my ex. So I stayed close enough to still go see my kids in sports, play in the band and open house at school.

The internet has proven to be the perfect business for me, I only work when I feel like it, I can work from just about any location as long as I have my lap top and a internet connection. A business friend of mine sent me a video link of him working at the beach. He was in a lawn chair, lap top open, his fishing poll was in a holder with a bell on its tip, checking on his internet sales numbers and answering his customer emails.
Steve lives his life more dangerously than me, I would of been to worried about getting sand in my lap top to check my sales there. I would of waited until I got back to my motel instead, there I would be drinking a Bud light, checking my sales and eating the fish I ordered from room service.
