If you want to balance color all around your current design, you need to have a comprehensive grasp on your existing color scheme. Next, determine the number of accessories required to make balance. Assume that your bedroom is using a split complementary color scheme. Olive green walls are a key part of this color scheme. You have located the primary complementary tone. As you ponder the components of your room, you will notice that the rust-red carpet offers a complementary color. The rug is a couple of shades darker than the shams and bedspread. Balancing a color palette with mauve can be done by using the color in throw pillows. Add unique wall plaques on the wall that include mauve elements along with the other colors. A mauve matte is an appropriate complement for a collection of watercolors. Selecting mauve in the lamp shades gives a great way to incorporate them into this bedroom. You can use a solitary element in your room's design to connect all of your items to each other like a window treatment. Scuff for paint. Once your Mustang is totally stripped of exterior chrome it's time to scuff up the existing paint. The paint shop should do this also, but on the lower end paint packages they won't spend much time here. It's better for you to do it so you know it's done thoroughly. Basically what you're looking for is a good, solid foundation of existing paint that is stable and still strongly bonded to the car. Many times an original factory paint job, even after decades will meet these criteria.

Changing Colors. If you're keeping your Mustang the same color it is now then things stay pretty simple. Areas like the door jambs and inside of the trunk are probably still in good shape since they aren't exposed to the weather and you won't have to worry about repainting them. But if you're changing colors these extra areas will cost you. Be sure the price quote you get from the paint shop includes these extra areas. If you wait until the day you pull up with your Mustang prepped for paint you could be surprised by this extra cost. Limewash - Made from slaked lime and water, this paint is good for porous surfaces such as brickwork, render and plaster and gives a chalky finish. It is available from specialist companies. By far, the most important characteristic in determining whether you are Warm or Cool is your hair color. If you can't determine your exact eye or skin tone, then your hair color will provide the answer. Why? It frames your face! Cement-water paints are best suited for application to basement walls which are damp as a result of leakage or condensation. To apply these paints, the same procedure should be followed as is described here for painting exterior masonry walls.
